This is a 2-stage evaluation process which involves the detailed analysis of your current nutrition practices and eating habits. It concludes with a private consultation (30 minutes if in person) or by E-mail during which we discuss the habits that will curtail your progress and make recommendations for change that will contribute to your success.
This service will require you to have completed the Food Log Form and the Diet Record Sheet as describe and instructed. You can get ahead of the game by downloading the forms to complete this exercise now. Once completed and dropped off or e-mailed we will schedule the Nutritional Habits Assessment appointment.

2. Metabolic Bio Type Assessment - $150.00 CDN
This is the most advanced nutritional assessment and programming method available. An in-depth assessment is conducted of the client and is processed by the metabolic bio typing Center at HealthSmart Nutrition. The resulting analysis reports a precise and accurate representation of the key physiological dominance factors that drive your metabolic activity and utilization of food energy. With this information, a dietary plan can be set up that precisely aligns with your metabolic requirements resulting in optimized health and fitness.
After completing the metabolic bio typing Assessment you will receive:
· An analysis report detailing and explaining your Metabolic Type
· A complete list of recommended foods that align with your Metabolic Bio Type
· Instructive tools that explain how to apply the results and adjust your eating habits accordingly
· A consultation with a HealthSmart Nutrition trained and certified metabolic bio typing Advisor (in person or by E-Mail)
